Ihre Aufgaben

• handling customer orders and enquiries in a professional manner
• taking orders by fax, phone, post and email  
• dealing with queries and process orders
• adding or modifying new customer details as needed
• processing information and dealing with follow-up queries
• making sure that any service failures are recovered swiftly
• performing customer research activities
• maintaining contact with business clients
• order processing
• dealing with customer complaints in a polite and effective way

Ihr Profil

• suitable candidates for the role will be fluent in German as well as English
• suitable candidates will have excellent customer service and administrative skills
• good computer literacy is essential as well as excellent people skills
• highly-organized with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
